This post is created with my friend Steve, who happened to be an excellent blogger and an even better prospective wine dealer. His blog is about wines on home dinning tables. If you are interested in wine, please pay a visit: http://getwine.blogspot.com/.

You may wonder how a psychological horror film relates to wine. In my opinion, even though they give people difference experiences and feelings, they are all part of “Culture”, or Arts. They all have a long history that starts even earlier than most civilized culture. As the history of wine was extended to the Neolithic period (8,500 – 4,000 B.C.) and the first glimmering of civilization, those quite horrifying bed-time stories that you listened to when you were a child also has a long history. So why can’t them be put together? This article will try to put a classical horror movie and a classical wine together, which are The Shinning & Solesine Rooso Del Sebino-Bellavistia.

As a psychological horror film based on the novel of the same name by Stephen King, The Shinning is a milestone of American horror movie industry. Film direct Martin Scorsese, writing The Daily Beast, ranked it as one of the 11 scariest horror movies of all time. Film critics, film students, and Kubrick’s producer, Jan Harlan, have all remarked on the enormous influence the film has had on popular culture.
